We will tape record a mystery shop of your reception and sales department and report on:

1. # of rings it took reception to answer
2. receptionist professionalism (transfer quality)
3. salesperson greeting/attitude
4. salesperson's willingness to "show their hand" by revealing inventory and prices
5. exchange of info: phone numbers, names, appointment made?
